Formats
Given the product's commercial nature, the portal was designed to support as many screen sizes as possible in order to maximize its reach.
Target audience and services
By analyzing the market and products from the competition, I identified the portal's primary target audience as adults between the ages of 30 and 65. Based on these insights, we created a set of user personas representing the platform's key user groups.

This process helped to identify new opportunities and refine previously proposed features. The key outcomes included a customizable dashboard, an interactive map, and calculators for budgets, property sales, and rentals.
Information Arquitecture and Tree testing
Once the core features had been defined, I established the portal's information architecture.

Next I created the first low-fidelity wireframes to validate the overall structure and user flows.

Given the project's scalable nature, I developed a robust and comprehensive design system. To support future expansion and ensure consistency, I also created a set of design guidelines, enabling the client to extend and maintain the platform more efficiently.

Challenge and resolution
The project's main challenge was designing an intuitive, reliable customization system.
After weeks of close collaboration with the frontend team, we developed a prototype that was ready for user testing. Through an iterative process of testing and refinement, we identified the most effective approach to customization.
